The Starglaze team is pleased to announce that we are the proud winners of the Employer of the Year in the Lincolnshire Business Awards 2019!

Members of the Starglaze team attended the black-tie event at the Lincolnshire Showground, and Starglaze was up against some other great businesses.

We were very touched to have received a nomination in the first place but to win the award itself truly reflects the hard work of all the Starglaze teams.

The Starglaze team said: “We’re over the moon, it’s absolutely amazing. For a big company to be recognised for how it treats its staff, who are so important, it’s great.

“Everybody, from management to staff, knows everybody and it’s like one big family. We wanted this so much so we’re absolutely chuffed.”

These awards are designed to celebrate Lincoln as a great place to live and the innovative businesses, such as ourselves, doing great things here in Lincolnshire.

We’d like to thank all of our staff and customers for helping make this award happen, and we hope we can retain our crown at the 2020 awards.
